As it entered the intersection, the car collided with a motorcycle, resulting in a violent and deadly impact.
The motorcyclist, identified as William Hartman, a 20-year-old resident of Lower Burrell, was pronounced dead at the scene. The coroner’s report confirmed that Hartman was not wearing a helmet at the time of the collision, a fact that may have significantly contributed to the severity of his injuries.
